  1. Hi there

Yes, this is my real e-mail address.

I have a simple question about your habit manual. How much time do you spend out of autopilot a day?

I’m asking because for me it’s like minutes, and staying 100% out of it is like totally out of my reality. Just wondering what goals to set.

Anyway, props on your manifesto, it has inspired and helped me a lot!

    Thanks, Chris.

    • Hey Chris,

I spend a lot of time on autopilot. Sometimes all day :/ It’s a constant battle and cyclical process of doing well and falling off. Good luck!

  2. Hey,
This is the best thing I’ve ever read, it’s completely changed the way I view my life and the choices I make through out it. I’ve reads it three times through now and each time it sinks in a little deeper. I was wondering if you have any suggestions about different skills to learn that you may have found beneficial for your life? Thanks

    • Hey Liam,

‘Skills that are beneficial to life’ is a pretty generic question.

It all depends on your goals of course, but there are certain skills that are universally beneficial –

      1) Understanding your own body. This is a skill. (what I mean is you KNOW how you’ll feel if you do x or eat y from experience and experimentation.

      2) Learning to recognize when your human psychology is influencing you. What I mean by this is that our intuition consistently fails us (Read the book, “Thinking Fast and Slow” its a life changer)

      3) Mastering all habits of rejuvenation.
